Full Time • Hybrid - US
This position is responsible for analyzing and processing participants pension benefits.  Pension Benefit Specialist's review essential information and documents and calculate payment amounts.   

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Calculate and prepare retirement benefit payment amounts
• Process retirement benefit applications
• Explain retirement benefits to participants and provide participants with benefit estimates
• Answer high volume of incoming participant calls relating to the Pension Plans
• Regularly meet with participants to answer questions related to their retirement benefits, and communicate with other Fund Professionals as needed
• Interpret and administer retirement benefits as outlined in Plan Documents
• Draft and mail correspondence to participants and beneficiaries regarding retirement benefits
• Other duties and projects as assigned 

Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of Pension Benefit processing experience 
  • Bilingual in Polish Preferred 
  • Ability to read and interpret plan documents.
  • Must have good communication skills/ professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficient writing skills 
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excel skills   

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
